Administration
Administration positions encompass a wide range of fields, departments, and positions. May include: Human Resources, Accounting, Administrative Assistants, and all Executive/Management.
Operations
The Operations department controls the core activities of our business. May include: Field Technicians (Projects and Service), Project Management or Coordination, Operations Management, Branch Operations etc.
Information Technology
The Information Technology department provides a variety of services, both internal and customer based which includes: integration of customers systems, technology assistance and support, and providing the technological environment that enables CONTAVA employees to quickly access vital information. May include: Junior Systems Analyst and Systems Analyst etc.
Sales and Marketing
The sales department is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales and profit objectives, identifying new opportunities for future growth and expansion of business and also to establish and maintain relationships with accounts. The Marketing team provides support to the sales team with the creation of marketing campaigns, identification of targeted market segmentation, brand strategy and communication, etc.
