Training/Education:
- High School
- Three (3) Years Related Experience
- Product Experience:
- Microsoft Office, Outlook and Visio
- CCTV, DVR/NVR, Analog, Digital & IP Video, Intrusion Devices, Access Systems.
- Panasonic, Pelco & Lenel experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- To function well as a member of the Services team.
- To respond to routine and emergency service calls, to conduct trouble shooting and to complete small projects.
- To take direction from the Technical Service Writers and return detailed field
reports to them daily.
- To perform needed repairs and replacements timely and effectively.
