Training/Education:
- Sales Certificates or Course a considered advantage
- Three to Five (3-5) Years Related Experience Business to Business Sales
Product Experience:
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Projects
- Selling in a technical environment a preferred advantage
- Familiarity with CCTV (IP & Analog), Access Control Systems, Audio Help Systems, Systems
Integration, computer networks.Product lines include some of the following: Panasonic, Pelco &
Lenel, Bosch, TOA.
Responsibilities:
- To function well as a member of the Sales team. Achieve and exceed established
sales quotas, develop sources of sales leads and actively prospect for new sales.
- Conduct prospecting activities, attend sales meetings, and establish effective business
relationships with key decision makers. Develop an understanding of customer’s security
requirements projected into the future.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and complete necessary documents to process
closed sales (customer orders). Maintain understanding of current technology and
functionality of company product lines.
Other Skills & Abilities:
- Energetic & self motivated, a “hunter” with a passion for new business. Desire to be the best,
proven track record of success by consistently meeting quotas, an understanding of solutions
selling, and able to create value for business customers. Solid understanding of how to manage
sales leads. Ability and confidence to professionally communicate at any level of an
organization.
