This front line team sets and manages client expectations. They determine the area of interest or
opportunity, create a scope of work to meet those needs and report the progress of any resultant work.

This team is composed of two groups, the sales and estimating group who reviews the project design
and prepares the pricing and bill of materials, and the information group which documents the client
requirements and creates the working drawings.

This team is the materials management group, who issues the purchase orders for the products
specified, coordinates deliveries and enacts invoicing.
